What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in VC/PE or high-growth B2B SaaS / scale-up, Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Engineering, Advanced Excel (structured analysis and models) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling), Comfort working with modern AI tools to streamline analyses and outputs, Excellent written and spoken presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior management, Solid grasp of project management timeline planning, milestone tracking, risk follow-up and stakeholder coordination, Proactive, results-oriented, takes initiative, operates with autonomy and drives things to closure without being pushed, Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and deliver across many parallel workstreams, Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information, Genuine appetite for learning and the energy to operate at the pace of a scaling global company

Help structure the CEO's strategic priorities

Own financial analyses
unit economics and scenario modeling to support major commercial and capital decisions
Drive pipeline tracking
forecasting hygiene and performance help shape the operating framework across Sales
Coordinate and follow up on cross-functional projects led by the CEO's Office
