Now, we are building the US team from the ground up, while continuing to grow rapidly in Europe. THE ROLE You sit inside the CEO office and work directly with the founders and senior leadership team on the most important topics at Augustus: strategy, new opportunities, and getting high-impact projects from idea to execution. You own independent analyses, drive strategic projects end to end, and coordinate across the organisation to make things happen. The scope shifts with the company's priorities. One week you're deep in a market entry analysis, the next you're pulling together the business case for a new product.
