What You'll Do.
Develop and refine bylines
and briefing materials for internal and external engagements that reflect the CEO’s vision and voice.
Continuously apply and explore how AI and agents can securely optimize and automate workflows and content development across the CEO’s communications platform.
Serve as point of contact for production logistics across company events
including tech run-throughs
and real-time event support.

Title: CEO Communications Manager San Francisco (in-office required) The CEO Communications Manager opportunity We’re seeking a high-performing CEO Communications Manager to help amplify the voice and vision of our CEO and drive AI optimization across his communications channels. In this role, you will report to Okta’s Head of CEO Communications to support, streamline, and scale the CEO comms platform, spanning internal and external speaking events, media & influencer engagements, and social media. You will also work with the Corporate Communications team and partner with the broader executive bench, cross-functional partners, and our various agencies to develop bylines, blog posts, keynotes, talking points, and thought leadership content.
