Prepare full-year forecast
Track progress against budgets
Identify risks and opportunities
Track landlord business rates exposure
Lead mitigation opportunities
Lead annual budget meetings
Lead Long Term Forecast meetings
Compile budget submissions
Maintain project progress tracker
Maintain accurate project spend forecast
Prepare analysis for retailer PA's
Report on PA spend and forecast
Record financial information
Analyze financial information
Manage financial information
Prepare accruals schedules
Prepare prepayment schedules
Support ad hoc reporting
Support ad hoc analysis
Assist with VAT returns
Assist with bank reconciliations
Assist internal auditors
Provide audit information
