What You'll Do.
appointments and procedures
Transcribing and scanning all orders and H&P's
Maintaining scheduling related work queues
Schegistration of patients
Verification of insurance benefits & eligibility
Initiating medical necessity checking
Assuring specific needs of department
physician and customers are met
Providing assistance and direction to physicians
their staff and other hospital personnel
Maintaining the master physician listing
Working closely with departments on new procedures and requirements
