What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience, Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements., U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Experience in understanding the requirements associated with procurement activities (RFPs (competitive and Sole Source), Quotes, Proposals, and cost and pricing data reviews)., Experience in management, leading a highly perform team., Experience with supplier management., Experience with supporting Program needs inclusive of prime proposal support., Experience interfacing with internal customers and all levels of organization, Experience developing and delivering presentations(verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders, Knowledge of import / export regulations (ITAR/EAR)
