Nice to Have
6 months meeting call center metrics in as a CPAR-II, Three (3) year office, clerical, or call center in a medical setting, Knowledge of medical terminology, Knowledge of referrals/orders, Knowledge of medical insurance, Electronic Medical Record EPIC, Familiarity with data entry, Familiarity with complex scheduling
