ensuring network office spaces are functional, organized, and welcoming; ensures all staff, families, and guests experience a professional, service-oriented environment; maintaining DREAM’s standards of operational excellence; ensuring office spaces reflect DREAM’s culture and values; ensure stock levels meet staff needs; ensuring accessibility and accountability; ensuring alignment with DREAM’s procurement processes; manage cost-effective purchasing; providing exceptional customer service; directing calls and messages appropriately; in coordination with network office staff; as assigned; manage coverage schedules as needed; ensuring all logistical needs are met; consistently reflect DREAM’s professional and welcoming environment; ensuring technology and supplies are ready for use

Eligibility Requirements

on-site work 5 days a week, rotating between three school sites, occasional after-hours or weekend support, occasional after-hours or weekend support for events or urgent operational needs

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or equivalent experience accepted, At least 2 years of experience in office coordination, facilities management, or administrative support, Excellent interpersonal and communication, organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a customer service focus, Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Ability to provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for events or urgent operational needs, commitment to customer service, understanding of the importance of administrative functions to the organization's, Outstanding dependability, with a commitment to being on-time, Solid oral and written communication, “Whatever it takes” attitude and a willingness to change priorities at a moment’s, computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Deep embodiment of DREAM’s organizational values of teamwork, diversity, integrity and fun

What You'll Do.

Oversee daily maintenance

Coordinate with Regional Operations Manager

Manage office reservation system

Support set-up and breakdown of internal events

Ensure common areas reflect professional environment

Maintain accurate inventory of office items

Oversee supply storage and organization systems

Track and record supply orders and deliveries

Partner to forecast supply needs

Serve as first point of contact for visitors

Manage phone and email inquiries

Support administrative functions

Ensure consistent front desk presence

Provide logistical support for network-wide meetings

Maintain and prepare meeting spaces

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate with the Regional Operations Manager and Facilities team; Partner with the Regional Operations Manager; Collaborative team-player
