Get To Know Our Team The Supply department serves as Agoda’s B2B arm, connecting with external partners to secure accommodation, flights, and activities. Within Supply, the “Central Management Office (CMO)” acts as a unifying team, leading and supporting a range of initiatives. The CMO drives impactful non-BAU projects, elevates project management standards, optimizes budget allocation and spending, fosters people engagement across the department, and develops effective strategies for performance management and capability building. Your role: Coordinate and support internal event logistics, including presentation creation, artwork and video making & editing, and content development. Assist with employee engagement communications and maintain relevant systems. Organize and support learning & development sessions, including documentation and distribution of materials. Assist in monitoring timelines, follow-ups, and administrative processes to ensure smooth delivery of employee engagement and development initiatives.
