What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or vocational education in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacy, Bioprocess Engineering, or equivalent, Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in contamination control, cleanroom hygiene, or quality management, knowledge of GMP regulations, experience in preparing and maintaining GMP documentation (SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, change controls), Excellent command of English, Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach, communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary team, Independent, committed and responsible personality with a high level of quality awareness
Nice to Have
good German skills are an advantage
What You'll Do.
Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of hygiene standards
Act as interface and key link between departments
lead and execute hygiene projects
Take responsibility for planning
and performing Cleanroom Performance Qualifications
maintain and update hygiene-related documentation
Investigate deviations within hygiene and environmental monitoring processes
Perform root cause analyses
Define and track CAPAs
Initiate and own related change requests
Manage and execute deviation investigations
Ensure timely closure in compliance with quality system requirements
Identify and implement improvement measures
Harmonize and standardize hygiene processes
Prepare and represent hygiene topics during audits
Develop and deliver targeted training programs
