What You'll Do.
Manage the workflow of order across multiple processes
Manage customer experience
minimizing fulfillment cost
Communicate workflow status with Operations Managers and Area
Escalate Customer Experience risk
Advise FC operations and senior operations team
Facilitate communication between multiple areas of the operation
Provide operational insights to the Amazon Fulfillment Technology
Work with Amazon Fulfillment Technology team to develop
Manage flow settings for multiple process paths
Understand the boundary of responsibilities between Operations and
Execute outbound flow operations
Communicate Customer Experience risks and performance opportunities to
Execute and develop shift plans
Adjust shift plans as variables change
