What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified or part-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA or CIMA), Experience owning or reviewing month-end close, Experience reviewing and challenging P&L, balance sheet and working capital movements, Experience with intercompany reconciliations, Ability to explain financial issues clearly and concisely
Nice to Have
Familiarity with FloQast, Sage or NetSuite, Interest in leading and developing an accounting professional
What You'll Do.
Own month-end close for two central entities
Review and validate P&L
Investigate and explain unusual movements
Identify root causes and ensure issues are resolved
Prepare and coordinate close deliverables
Coordinate group reporting inputs
Maintain close discipline
Ensure consistency across entities and regions
Review work of an Accountant
Oversee user access and system configuration
Support finance transformation initiatives
Deliver process standardisation and simplification
