Must Have

post-secondary education plus 1 year of culinary, kitchen management, or food production experience in a high-volume retail or production environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Successful completion of a Farm Boy approved Food Safety Course plus Level A First Aid and Basic CPR certification, or the commitment to complete within 6 months, Experience planning and producing food in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, Hands-on team player with demonstrated leadership ability and experience supporting teams in achieving production goals, Successful completion of Level 1 and 2 Health and Safety certification, or the commitment to complete within 6 months, Good working knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety principles, and associated operational risks, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows environments, organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence, Comfortable working in an environment that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, frequent use of protective equipment, and work that may be performed in colder environments, with flexible availability including evenings, overnight, and weekends as required
