What You'll Do.

Oversee daily operations of the center

Supervise and train center staff

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Manage donor flow and appointment scheduling

Maintain accurate donor records

Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues

Manage inventory of supplies

Ensure a clean and safe environment

Assist with employee scheduling

Perform other duties as assigned
