Manage communication with parents and families
Approve sick leave and vacation requests
Validate accuracy of center schedules
Hold clinicians accountable for session notes
Ensure clinical note audits occur
Maintain employee certifications and credentials
Manage client and employee documents
Ensure adherence to budget requirements
Communicate with insurance and billing department
Communicate with talent acquisition department
Maintain and recognize staff birthdays
Organize team-building events
