Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, CPR and First Aid certification, TB test, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Ability to get down on the floor and stand up many times, Professional presentation and conduct, Patience to help keep clients on task, Ability to maintain emotional control, Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions, Understanding of technology for data recording, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Cultural competency, Flexibility and open-mindedness, Willing to participate in background check, RBT certification or willingness to obtain
Nice to Have
Experience working as a Behavioral Technician, Experience working with children with autism, Experience working with other learning disabilities, Experience as a Teacher's Aid, Experience as a Tutor, Experience as a CNA, Experience as a Caregiver, Experience as a Home Health Aide
What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care

Summarize data on client behavior
Assist with parent training
Assist with caregiver training
Complete documentation on time
Communicate with parents
