Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, Willing to obtain TB test, Able to lift up to 50lbs, Able to run/move quickly, Able to get down on the floor and stand up many times, Able to maintain emotional control, Ability to follow detailed instructions, Ability to record data on mobile device, Ability to navigate digital applications, Cultural competency, Willing to participate in background check
Nice to Have
Current RBT certification, Experience working with children with autism, Experience as a Behavioral Technician, Experience as a Teacher's Aid, Experience as a Tutor, Experience as a CNA, Experience as a Caregiver, Experience as a Home Health Aide
What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care
Follow behavioral skill acquisition protocols
Follow behavior reduction protocols
Collect client behavior data
Record client behavior data
Summarize client behavior data
Assist with parent and caregiver training
Ensure documentation is completed on time
Communicate with parents and caregivers
Utilize safe procedures
Report all critical incidents
Report safety concerns
Maintain a clean work environment
Maintain a safe therapy environment
Maintain an organized therapy environment
Assist in preparation of client materials
Assist in preparation of behavior reduction assessments
Assist in preparation of skills acquisition assessments
