Current RBT certification, High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, Willing to obtain tuberculosis (TB) test annually, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Attention to detail, Ability to follow detailed instructions, Understanding of technology for data recording, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Cultural competency, Ability to remain flexible, Ability to remain open minded
Nice to Have
Experience working as Behavioral Technician, Experience with children with autism, Experience with other learning disabilities, Experience as Teacher’s Aid, Experience as Tutor, Experience as CNA, Experience as Caregiver, Experience as Home Health Aide
What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care
Follow prescribed behavioral protocols
Collect data on client behavior
Record data on client behavior
Summarize data on client behavior
Assist with parent caregiver training
Ensure documentation is completed on time
Effectively communicate client progress
