Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, CPR and First Aid certification, TB test, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Ability to get down on the floor and stand up many times, Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions, Understanding of technology to record data on mobile device, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Patience to help clients stay on task, Ability to maintain emotional control, Attention to detail, Ability to do repetitive things precisely, Cultural competency, Flexibility and open mindedness, Professional presentation and conduct, Willing to participate in background check, RBT certification or willingness to obtain

Experience working as Behavioral Technician, Experience working with children with autism, Experience working with other learning disabilities, Experience as Teacher's Aid, Experience as Tutor, Experience as CNA, Experience as Caregiver, Experience as Home Health Aide

Provide direct client care
