What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, CPR and First Aid certification, TB test within past year, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Patience to help keep clients on task, Ability to maintain emotional control, Ability to follow detailed instructions, Understanding of technology for data recording, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Cultural competency, Flexibility and open mindedness
Nice to Have
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, Experience working as Behavioral Technician, Experience with children with autism, Experience with other learning disabilities, Experience as Teacher's Aid, Experience as Tutor, Experience as CNA, Experience as Caregiver, Experience as Home Health Aide
What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care
Follow prescribed behavioral protocols
Collect client behavior data
Record client behavior data
Summarize client behavior data
Assist with parent training
Assist with caregiver training

Communicate client progress to parents
