Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, Valid car insurance, Proof of driver's license, CPR and First Aid certification, TB test within past year, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Ability to get down on floor and stand up, Ability to follow detailed instructions, Understanding of technology for data recording, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Cultural competency, Flexibility and open mindedness, Patience to help clients stay on task, Emotional control during client outbursts, Professional presentation and conduct, Attention to detail, Ability to do repetitive things precisely, Willingness to participate in background check, Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, Willingness to obtain TB test
Nice to Have
Current certification as RBT, Experience working as a Behavioral Technician, Experience with children with autism, Experience with other learning disabilities, Experience as Teacher's Aid, Experience as Tutor, Experience as CNA, Experience as Caregiver, Experience as Home Health Aide

Provide direct client care

Collect client behavior data
Record client behavior data
Summarize client behavior data
Assist with parent training
Assist with caregiver training
Complete documentation on time
Communicate client progress to parents
Communicate client progress to caregivers
Utilize safe procedures
Report critical incidents
Report safety concerns
Maintain clean work environment
Maintain organized therapy environment
Assist in preparation of client materials
Assist in preparation of behavior reduction assessments
Assist in preparation of skills acquisition
