Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, CPR and First Aid certification, TB test within past year, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Ability to show up for each scheduled therapy appointment, Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions, Understanding of technology for data recording, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Cultural competency, Flexibility and open mindedness
Nice to Have
Current certification as RBT, Experience working as a Behavioral Technician, Experience with children with autism, Experience with other learning disabilities, Teacher's Aid experience, Tutor experience, CNA experience, Caregiver experience, Home Health Aide experience
What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care
Follow prescribed behavioral protocols
Collect client behavior data
Record client behavior data
Summarize client behavior data
Assist with parent training
Assist with caregiver training
Ensure documentation is completed on time
Communicate with parents
Communicate with caregivers
Utilize safe procedures
Report critical incidents
Report safety concerns
Maintain a clean work environment
Maintain a safe therapy environment
Maintain an organized therapy environment
Assist in preparation of client materials
Assist in preparation of behavior assessments
Assist in preparation of skills acquisitions
