Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, Willing to obtain TB test, Able to physically perform job duties, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Very reliable, Professional presentation and conduct, Ability to follow detailed instructions
Nice to Have
Current certification as RBT, Experience working as a Behavioral Technician, Experience with children with autism or other learning disabilities, Experience as a Teacher's Aid, Experience as a Tutor, Experience as a CNA, Experience as a Caregiver, Experience as a Home Health Aide
What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care
Follow prescribed behavioral protocols
Assist with parent and caregiver training
Ensure documentation is completed on time
Communicate with parents and caregivers
Utilize safe procedures
Report all critical incidents
Maintain a clean work environment
Assist in preparation of client materials
