Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, Valid driver's license, Valid car insurance, CPR and First Aid certification, TB test within past year, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Ability to get down on floor and stand up, Reliable and able to show up for scheduled appointments, Professional presentation and conduct, Patience to help clients stay on task, Ability to maintain emotional control, Attention to detail, Ability to do repetitive things precisely, Ability to follow detailed instructions, Understanding of technology for data recording, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Cultural competency, Flexibility and open-mindedness
Nice to Have
Current certification as RBT, Experience working as a Behavioral Technician, Experience with children with autism, Experience with other learning disabilities, Experience as Teacher's Aid, Experience as Tutor, Experience as CNA, Experience as Caregiver, Experience as Home Health Aide
What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care

Assist with parent training
Assist with caregiver training
Complete documentation on time
Communicate client progress to parents
