What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, CPR and First Aid certification, Tuberculosis (TB) test annually

What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care
Follow prescribed behavioral protocols
Collect data on client behavior
Record data on client behavior
Summarize data on client behavior
Assist with parent caregiver training
Ensure documentation is completed
Communicate with parents and caregivers
Utilize safe procedures
Report critical incidents
Report safety concerns
Maintain work environment
Maintain therapy environment
Assist in preparation of client materials
Assist in preparation of behavior reduction assessments
Assist in preparation of skills acquisition assessments
