What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, CPR and First Aid certification, Tuberculosis (TB) test annually, Ability to get down on the floor and stand up many times, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly if required, Attention to detail, Ability to do repetitive things in a precise manner, Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions, Understanding of technology to record data on a mobile device, Navigate digital applications, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Cultural competency, Ability to remain flexible, Ability to remain open minded
Nice to Have
Experience working as a Behavioral Technician, Experience working with children with autism or other learning disabilities, Experience working as a Teacher’s Aid, Experience working as a Tutor, Experience working as a CNA, Experience working as a Caregiver, Experience working as a Home Health Aide

Provide direct client care
Follow prescribed behavioral protocols
Assist with parent and caregiver training
Ensure documentation is completed on time
Communicate with parents and caregivers
Utilize safe procedures
Report all critical incidents
Maintain a clean work environment
Assist in preparation of client materials
