Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Current RBT certification, Reliable transportation, Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to run/move quickly, Attention to detail, Ability to follow detailed instructions, Understanding of technology for data recording, Good written communication skills, Good verbal communication skills, Cultural competency, Flexibility and open mindedness

What You'll Do.
Provide direct client care
Follow prescribed behavioral protocols
Collect data on client behavior
Record data on client behavior
Summarize data on client behavior
Assist with parent caregiver training
Ensure documentation is completed on time
Communicate client progress to parents
Utilize safe procedures
Report all critical incidents
Report safety concerns
Maintain a clean work environment
Maintain a safe therapy environment
Maintain an organized therapy environment
Assist in preparation of client materials
Assist in behavior reduction assessments
Assist in skills acquisition preparation
