Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum requirement, Previous experience in a customer service role, Basic computer skills, working knowledge of tablets/iPads, Ability to follow written instructions, Ability to use computers and computer/software programs, Proficiency in PC software, including virtual meeting attention to detail with the ability to do repetitive things in a precise manner with attention to detail and, Ability to interpret and implement verbal and written clinical, Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop expertise and skillsets, Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at, Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community, Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures, Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training to perform job responsibilities to the required, Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients, internal and external cultural competency with the ability to remain flexible and open-minded.

What You'll Do.
overall operational functions within the center
assisting team members
provide excellent customer service

Day-to-Day Administrative Support
Center Administrative Support
Greet new and existing clients and other visitors
Complete any related administrative tasks
providing printed materials
maintain center supply inventory
ensure staff has the required items to operate
Ensure the center is clean
report to others as needed
Keep furniture and therapy equipment in good working condition
arrange for repairs and maintenance
Maintain records to ensure compliance with local
Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established Centria procedures
Appropriately report all critical incidents and safety concerns
and organized environment
Ensure required company postings are displayed
Administer effective center operations and facilities management
ensure team members adhere to best practices and show up on a timely basis
ensure effective communication with families and Behavior Technicians
ensure client and Behavior Technicians schedules are maintained and up to date
Be a go-to person for general center-related questions
Ensure state and Centria guidelines and policies are followed
incidents documented and escalated
acquire technical knowledge by completing required training and attending meetings
Adhere to Centria's established policies and procedures
Participate in an agency-wide Compliance Program
and company guidelines
Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct
policies and procedures
and Federal and State laws
