Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent, Previous experience in a customer service role, Basic computer skills, working knowledge of tablets/iPads, Ability to follow written instructions, Ability to use computers and computer/software programs, Proficiency in PC software, attention to detail with the ability to do repetitive things in a precise manner with attention to detail, Ability to interpret and implement verbal and written clinical, Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop expertise and skillsets, Effective time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community, Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures, Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training to perform job responsibilities to the required, Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients, internal and external, cultural competency with the ability to remain flexible and open-minded

What You'll Do.

Manage center supply inventory

Ensure center is clean

Keep furniture and therapy equipment in good working condition

Arrange for repairs and maintenance

Maintain records for compliance

Ensure documentation is completed on time

Report critical incidents and safety concerns

and organized environment

Display required company postings

Administer center operations and facilities management

Ensure team members adhere to best practices

Ensure effective communication with families

Ensure client and Behavior Technicians schedules are maintained

Answer general center-related questions

Ensure guidelines and policies are followed

Document and escalate incidents

Acquire technical knowledge

Complete required training

Adhere to policies and procedures

Participate in Compliance Program

Comply with Code of Conduct

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with the Operations Director to ensure team members adhere to best practices; Partner with Operations Director to ensure effective communication with families and Behavior Technicians; Partner with Operations Director to ensure client and Behavior Technicians schedules are maintained and up to date; Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community
