5+ years Oncology, Hematology reimbursement experience, Thorough knowledge of reimbursement, coding and billing, Thorough understanding of P&T processes, Knowledge of health insurance coverage, Thorough knowledge of healthcare industry sales, Thorough understanding of US compliance laws
Nice to Have
Advanced degree preferred, 1+ years direct Cell therapy experience, 10+ years Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience, Experience in Academic and Community settings

Read more: [careers.bms.com/working-with-us](https://careers.bms.com/working-with-us). **Summary:** The Cellular Therapy Market Access Manager (CMAM) is responsible for executing access and reimbursement strategies within identified Cell Therapy accounts specific to the assigned geography during all phases of account onboarding and post onboarding. This role will lead all Cell Therapy Market Access activities and will collaborate with a variety of internal partners and external customers. The CMAM will report into the West Region Director, Cell Therapy Market Access Managers. The individual is required to achieve all assigned goals while maintaining compliance with all BMS standards. The Great Lakes geography/territory includes: IN, MI, WV, and OH.
