Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. _**Job Description:**_ Parsons, one of the world's largest engineering/construction/construction management firms, has an immediate opening for a CEI Project Administrator / Project Engineer in the Central Florida area. _RESPONSIBILITIES:_ * Administer construction contracts for roadway and / or bridge projects to ensure compliance with contract documents. * Manage day to day operations of CEI team ensuring project management plan requirements are met. * Direct and assign specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assist in all phases of the construction project. * Read and interpret contract documents including plans, specifications, and shop drawings submittals. * Ensure verification testing compliance requirements are met. * Review and approve progress and final pay estimates. * Prepare monthly reporting and / or other status updates as requested by the client or management. * Coordinate progress and schedules with client and all project stakeholders. * Receive general instructions regarding assignments, and exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems and project issues. _QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS:_ Qualifications / certifications for this position may be obtained within six (6) months from the date of hire provided that all other requirements for the position are met. * FDOT Advanced MOT (Temporary Traffic Control) * CTQP Final Estimates Level II * CTQP Quality Control Manager * Eight (8) years of CEI or roadway or bridge construction inspection experience, * Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State
