Full Job Description
**Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement commodity strategies for key CDU components. * Identify, evaluate and qualify new suppliers locally and globally, build a resilient supplier base. * Drive cost reduction through negotiation, value engineering, annual price reviews to ensure PPV achieves the targets. * Collaborate with SQE to ensure suppliers meet quality standards and lead the management of supplier scorecards. * Align procurement plans with CDU production schedule to avoid line stoppages and support NPI by sourcing prototype materials and ramping up production supply. * Coordinates with engineering on design for supply chain and component standardization. * Ensure compliance with company ethics, trade regulations and CDU industry standards. **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering, master’s preferred. * 8+years of procurement experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in data center related products or cold plates industry. * Deep knowledge of CDU components and CDU suppliers’ management. * Proven track record in cost negotiation, supplier development, and contract management. * Experience with global CDU appoints the third party and vendor. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
