What You'll Achieve.
Ensure safe maintenance of control through proper setup and removal of traffic control devices. Maintain and repair highway surfaces, slopes, berms, culverts, and drains. Control vegetation growth and maintain the appearance and functionality of signs, guardrails, fence, and lighting. Responsible for proper management, preventative maintenance, and repair of trucks and equipment.

Required to report to work during inclement weather, including snow and icy conditions. Must be flexible to work varying shifts. Candidates may be subject to pre-employment screenings including criminal background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving history and a Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B). Must have a minimum of 2 years of related roadway/highway maintenance or construction, and/or related equipment experience. Ability to operate hand and power tools is essential. Must be available for on-call rotation for emergency response and comfortable working from various heights.
Nice to Have
Advanced MOT certification, First Aid, and CPR certification are preferred.
