**Job Title:** CDL Driver – Heber Springs, AR **Starting Pay:** $21.00/hour | Weekly Pay **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | Start Time: 5:30 AM | 10+ Hour Days | 50 hours a week **About the Role:** Waste Connections is looking to hire a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team in Heber Springs, AR. In this role, you’ll operate a Rearload Garbage Truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
