What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of CDL driving experience required, Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), At least 21 years of age, Pass pre-employment and annual review of Motor Vehicle Record, Obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire, No driver's license suspended for traffic accidents/violations within past 3 years, No at fault accidents in past 3 years, Ability to handle loads with a combine weight of 26,000 GVW
Nice to Have
7+ years of driving experience, 1+ years of CDL driving experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Inspect company vehicle for defects
Complete daily inspection report
Keep company vehicle clean
Alert supervisor of repair and/or service needed
Follow Department of Transportation (DOT)
Load or unload material
Ensure all material for each order is correct
Ensure material is free of damage before departure
Assist in preparing orders for delivery
Complete all appropriate documentation at time of delivery
Obtain delivery receipt signed by customer
Pick up material returns from customers
Inspect condition of material returns
Verify quantities and catalog numbers of returns
Pick up material from company suppliers
Perform other job functions within a branch when
Prepare and fill orders
Maintain branch equipment
