What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid CDL Class license, Hazmat and Tanker endorsement required for transporting waste, By law, you must be at least 21 years of age
Nice to Have
Three or more years of related Industry experience, Ability to operate a CMV and possession of a valid driver’s license free of moving violations and accidents, Driver E-Log Experience, 40hr Hazwoper Certificate
What You'll Do.
Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal
and local rules and regulations.
Label containers and complete pre-printed manifests & work orders while adhering to your assigned route.
segregate and inventory waste containers in storage for shipment.
Conducts lab pack operations.
Pack small laboratory containers of chemical waste into larger containers for shipment.
Performs various regulatory Training
compliance and safety tasks including
but not limited to: Pre-trip inspections of vehicle
waste diversion and safety violations to supervisor immediately.
Provide services related to hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal from customer sites.
Process and prepare Universal Hazardous Waste manifests
bills of lading and Land Disposal Restrictions (LDRs) for hazardous waste shipment according to state
EPA and DOT regulations.
Performs warehouse work related to receipt
or delivery of waste materials.
or stores items according to delivery or routing documents
or supervisor instructions and performing general housekeeping.
Adhere to assigned route via electronic routing system with any deviations escalated to Management.
Operates a Hand Truck
Pallet Jack & Forklift.
Maintain the basic functionality & cleanliness of assigned company vehicle & equipment.
Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
