What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 21 years of age, High School diploma or GED, Understand, read, and write English, Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 lbs, Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, Basic knowledge of Windows-based software, Willing and able to wear company-provided personal protective equipment, Valid Class Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Hazmat endorsement, Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check
Nice to Have
Valid TWIC Card, At least 1 year of route driving experience, Knowledge of hazardous materials, Knowledge of OSHA regulations
What You'll Do.
Transport waste materials
Dispose of waste materials
Maintain records with accuracy
Transport waste safely
Complete required paperwork
Load materials and waste
Unload materials and waste
Prepare truck with supplies
Provide customer service
Communicate issues to Manager or Dispatcher
Perform documented pre-trip check
Perform documented post-trip check
Follow routing software route schedule
Follow all DOT guidelines
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
