Industry & Context.
Problem solving skills and critical thinking to resolve and identify safety issues
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays, Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting, Ability to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs, Most be able to work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE, Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects/materials
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
NCCER or NCCCO crane rigger certified, Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, Successfully pass post offer drug and physical screens and have a background/MVR that meets company requirements, Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays, Must be willing to follow safety procedures
What You'll Do.
Inspect all applicable rigging
Hauling heavy materials and equipment
Signal crane operator during lifts
Climb structures with safety harness
Ensures rigging is safe and reliable
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with the crane operator; work under the direction of the operations manager; work effectively with others; communicate with onsite project managers
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; customer service skills to communicate with onsite project managers
