**_Job Family_ :** Investigator ** _Travel Required_ :** None ** _Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do:_** * Perform customer due diligence (CDD) reviews in support of Managed Services operations. * Analyze client and account information to identify and escalate potential risks, inconsistencies, or red flags. * Review documentation and verify information in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. * Accurately document findings, decisions, and case progress in internal systems. * Work closely with internal teams to resolve exceptions and support timely case completion. * Maintain a high level of quality, productivity, and attention to detail in all assigned work. **_What You Will Need:_** * Experience in CDD, KYC, AML, onboarding, compliance, or a related financial services operations role. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to review information, identify issues, and make sound decisions. * Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. * Proficiency with standard business systems and Microsoft Office applications. * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance, business, or a related field preferred. * To operate from the office in full compliance with the clean desk policy. **_What Would Be Nice To Have:_** * Prior experience supporting a managed services, shared services, or operations environment. * Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud, or financial crime risk concepts. * Familiarity with case management tools, workflow systems, or due diligence platforms. * Professional certifications or coursework related to compliance, AML, or risk management. **_​_**** _What will you get?_** * Quarterly office attendance bonus (after getting assigned to a Client Project) **_What We Offer_ :** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total re
