What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience supporting and operating cloud platforms, Hands-on experience supporting AI-enabled or data-intensive platforms, Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, Experience using GitHub for source control and CI/CD, Experience supporting containerized workloads and cloud-native application platforms, Experience operating in production-oriented service environments, Ability to work full time in an office
Nice to Have
Microsoft Azure–centric environment, exposure to Azure AI or LLM services, exposure to GitOps-style workflows, Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-adjacent technologies, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, GCP, participation in on-call or 24x7 support models
