Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives

Take ownership of portfolio's delinquency rates
Implement strategies to control roll rates
Develop and execute collections strategies
Analyze data and portfolio health
Ensure adherence to collections processes and SOPs
Drive compliance with internal policies
Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent portfolio
Prepare and present reports on cluster performance
