Must Have
Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited, At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT interventions, working with clients who have a range of presentations
Nice to Have
Training and accreditation in one or more additional specialised areas of psychological treatment, such as EMDR, Corporate experience and business understanding, Excellent leadership and management skills
What You'll Do.
safe and effective Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy
Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions
Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations
Ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway
Provide different models of service delivery
Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes
Adhere to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance
Provide signposting or onwards referral
Provide ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support
Provide one-off assessments and referral recommendations
Work at a client level to provide group psychoeducation
Work autonomously within professional guidelines
Attend regular clinical supervision
Work with the operational and clinical team to identify ways to improve client and employee experiences

Work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team; Work with the operational and clinical team to identify ways to improve client and employee experiences

Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills; Be able to demonstrate high standards in written and oral communication; Well-developed communication skills
Process & Methodology
Ability to evaluate, plan and prioritise workload within demanding time scales, Maintaining time boundaries and efficient diary management working towards utilisation targets
