What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in developing and executing tactical and operational CBRND operations aligned with national defense priorities and emerging threats, Knowledge of CBRN doctrine, readiness planning, and operational integration, including familiarity with INDOPACOM regional challenges and allied operations, Ability to coordinate with U. S. and host-nation partners to integrate field-level capability delivery packages aligned with dynamic mission conditions, Top Secret clearance, HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Experience delivering operational and tactical readiness frameworks to Combatant Commands, including CBRN-specific training and doctrinal recommendations, Knowledge of Complex Threat Environment Planning in INDOPACOM or similar AORs, Ability to analyze training gaps and implement capability solutions integrated into ReARMM and combat force readiness rotations, Bachelor’s degree in Defense Studies or Crisis Management, PMP or project and operations management Certification
