Must Have
6+ years of significant experience in Consumer Insights, Market Intelligence, Analytics or Business Intelligence, Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Sciences or related, Proven ability to translate data into actionable, commercial recommendations, Experience working in global, matrixed organisations with multiple senior stakeholders, Experience in Consumer Goods, communication and insight storytelling skills, Solid strategic thinking, curiosity, comfort operating in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, Advanced English
Nice to Have
MBA or Posgraduate, Experience supporting Oral Health or science-led categories, Familiarity with syndicated data providers (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, IQVIA), Experience partnering with Marketing, Strategy, Finance and Data & Tech teams, Exposure to insight platforms, dashboards and advanced analytics tools, Experience working with external agencies and insight partners

Lead end-to-end consumer
