Must Have

Significant proven experience in business insights and analytics in the consumer goods industry, Extensive experience and understanding from working within a commercial environment, specifically within the creation and application of insights & analytics for growth, track record of partnering with commercial/Function teams to achieve business objectives, Experience in driving innovation development and evaluation based on deep consumer, shopper, and expert understanding, Demonstrable experience operating within a leadership team, with proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes, within a matrix organization, Highly developed commercial acumen with experience in P&Ludget management

This role reports directly to the Head of CBIA. You will lead a team of 5 individuals, guiding them to deliver impactful insights and analytics that inform strategic decisions across the organization. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and learning agenda, driving innovation development, and embedding deep human and market understanding to foster profitable growth and establish industry-leading thinking within the CBIA function. **Key responsibilities** * Determine insight needs and research priorities, in collaboration with Operating Unit President, Head of Categories, Head of Portfolio & Performance Management, and Functions. * Full ownership and accountability for the creation and delivery of the insight services including Innovation Development, Connection
