Full Job Description

Join us as a CBE Senior Manager to play a key role that will drive business growth. **Make your mark in****Client and Broker Engagement** Our Client and Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG’s major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs. **How you will create an impact** * Responsible for developing, executing and managing the strategies and actions plan to achieve the production budget and activity targets; identify prospects and develop major account pipelines; * To maintain and develop business relation with global brokers/domestic insurers/in-house brokers/reinsurance brokers and other related business partners; * Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers and external partners in line with PC's growth strategy; * Understand operational and compliance requirements and lead team & business to comply with it; * Conduct general operational expense management to align with business growth ambition; * Understand markets to support appropriate business growth strategy; * Lead team to circulate CBE Beijing growth roadmap and to align it with PCs * Other duties as instructed by branch GM. **What you’ll need to succeed** * University graduate with demonstrated P&C working experience * Experience in servicing and dealing with major enterprises accounts is preferred * Good interpersonal skill, teamwork player; mature * Excellent communication and sales skill * Fluent in both spoken and written English Ready to take your career to the next level?
