Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, U. S. citizenship is required, DoD Clearance: Secret, Ability to obtain INTERIM U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, Travel up to 30%, sometimes for four weeks at a time, will be required, Onsite position, Candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects, Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role, Experience with flight test planning, preparation, and execution with the USG Customer led events, Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews, Ability to obtain an Interim-Secret U. S. government issued security clearance prior to start date, U. S. citizenship

Nice to Have

Earned Value Certification, Experience in System Integration and Test Integration, with a preference for integration on military platforms, Experience evaluating requirements with verification and validation methods, Experience leading a multi-discipline team in a matrix environment focused on execution and strategic efforts, Knowledge of current and next generation Unmanned Aerial Systems and associated technology, Experience with Customer Safety Review Boards

What You'll Do.

schedule and technical execution of the Coyote Block 2 (CB2) System Integration & Test Portfolio

cross product verification testing

and cross product lab integration efforts

Lead a cross product team of IPTLs and multidisciplinary engineers (~10)

Support for budget and schedule efforts for multiple contracts by coordinating with program planning

& leadership to support EV Lite and EACs

Coordinate with program and functional leadership to staff the team

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate and effectively communicate with other CPTs, IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon; Lead a cross product team of IPTLs and multidisciplinary engineers (~10); Experience leading a multi-discipline team in a matrix environment
