What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years’ experience co-ordinating a variety of events, Legally eligible to work in Canada
Nice to Have
Prior understanding of equipment, event rentals and staffing levels, Prior administrative experience and exposure to marketing and sales
What You'll Do.
Seek new business opportunities
Support relationship development with venues
Respond to inquiries and set up calls
Provide creative proposals
Travel for property walkthroughs
Communicate event details
Reconcile receipts post event
Follow up with clients
Contribute to sales forecasting
General administrative tasks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the culinary team; Communicate event details and client needs with O&B culinary & operations team

Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to engage clients
