We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Catering Cook to join our team in Ottawa, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for catering events while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and consistency. You will work collaboratively with our catering team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our clients, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Our Operation Hours are 6am to3pm Monday to Friday with time off for all Canadian Holidays * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality across all catering events * Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control * Organize and manage kitchen workstations
