Electrify your future. **About the role** **What you 'll be doing** As a Category Specialist, you'll work closely with Product Management, Operations, Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehousing and external suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are sourced, procured and delivered efficiently. **Key responsibilities include:** **Category Management & Strategic Sourcing** * Develop and execute sourcing strategies across assigned categories. * Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, supplier performance and supply continuity. * Manage sourcing activities from requirement gathering through to supplier selection and contract negotiation. * Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities and emerging technologies to support business growth and innovation. * Ensure supplier agreements align with commercial objectives, risk requirements and procurement policies. **Procurement & Supply Chain Operations** * Create and manage purchase orders, transfer orders and inventory transactions. * Expedite supplier orders and proactively manage supply risks. * Maintain item master data, pricing and supplier information within ERP and WMS systems. * Coordinate inventory allocation across warehouses, 3PL providers and project sites. * Support demand planning activities through forecast execution and supply planning. * Reso
